If you are a disadvantage business (MBE/WBE/DVBE/DBE) we encourage you to contact us and request to be put on our bid invitation list. If the project is listed below, we have plans available for viewing in our plan room. Plans may be checked out anytime before the bid but not two days prior to bid opening.
