Plans, Specs & Addendum are provided as a courtesy only. We make every effort to keep our data current. We do not warranty the accuracy of what is posted. It is the subcontractors responsibility to review all plans, specs and addenda with the issuing agency.

Subcontract labor, material and performance bonds are required for any subcontract value over $100,000 and may be required for subcontracts valued at less than $100,000.  Bond premiums will be reimbursed by Fordyce Construction, Inc., unless already included in the subcontract proposal.If the project is listed below, we have plans available for viewing in our plan room. Plans may be checked out anytime before the bid but not two days prior to bid opening. Please call ahead of time to ensure that the plans are in our office as they may be on loan.
